What we collect

• Store URL — to run the scan you requested.
• Email address — to send you the scan report and respond to follow-up you initiate.
• Scan results — publicly observable data about the scanned website: which tracking scripts load, when they fire relative to consent, and related technical findings. We only scan pages a normal customer's browser can see; we never log in or access private systems.
• Technical logs — standard web-server logs (IP, user agent) for security and debugging.

What we do with it

• Generate and deliver the report you asked for.
• Follow up about the report if you engage — we do not run marketing lists or newsletters from this data.
• Aggregate anonymized scan statistics (e.g. "X% of scanned stores fail check Y"). These contain no identifying information about you or your store.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Your email and store URL are processed on consent — you submit them explicitly and confirm authorization to scan. Scan data is processed under legitimate interest — it describes publicly observable behavior of a website, not personal data of its visitors.

Third parties

• Resend — delivers report emails.
• Hetzner — hosts the service (Germany/Finland, EU).
• Google reCAPTCHA — may be used on forms to prevent abuse; Google's own policy applies to that widget.

Reports are link-public

Report URLs are unguessable but not password-protected — anyone with the link can view them. They contain only technical findings about your site, never your customer data (we can't see it). Ask us to delete a report and we will.

Retention & your rights

Scan data and leads are kept while the service operates. You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data at any time: hola@tunedgrowth.com. EU residents may also complain to their supervisory authority (in Spain: AEPD).
