Trackingaudit loads the pages of a website you specify in a real browser and records which tracking technologies execute, when, and relative to consent choices. The free scan examines publicly reachable pages only. Paid services (audit, fixes, monitoring) are scoped per engagement in writing.
By submitting a URL you confirm that you own that site or are authorized by its owner to have it scanned. We may refuse or throttle scans. Scans are limited to what a customer's browser can see — we never attempt to bypass authentication or access private systems.
Reports describe technical observations made at scan time. They are diagnostic evidence, not legal advice, not a compliance certification, and not a guarantee that fixing findings will produce specific revenue outcomes. Tracking configurations change; a clean report today does not certify tomorrow.
Do not submit sites you are not authorized to scan, attempt to overload the service, or use reports to make false claims about third parties. Misuse may get the service withdrawn.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 3 months prior. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, ad-account decisions).
These terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes go to the courts of Cantabria, Spain, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
